Conflicts of Interest Prevention Strategy
In implementing conflict of interest prevention, the following steps are implemented:
- It is prohibited to conduct transactions or use and utilize company prices for personal, family, or group interests.
- It is prohibited to accept and give gifts or benefits in any form related to an employee’s position in the company from business partners, providers of goods and services, competing companies of partners, or business partners.
- It is not allowed to receive or give goods, parcels, money/the equivalent of money in any form on religious holidays.
- It is forbidden to allow work partners or third parties to provide anything in any form to a group of KFTD employees.
- It is prohibited to accept refunds and other personal benefits that exceed and/or are not entitled to from the hotel or any other party in the context of official duties or matters that could trigger a potential conflict of interest.
- Discriminatory or unfair behavior to win over certain providers of goods/services, partners/work partners, with the intention of receiving compensation for services for personal, family, or group interests is prohibited.
- Using the company’s confidential information and business data for purposes outside the company is strictly forbidden.
- Employees are banned from being involved directly or indirectly in the management of competing companies and/or partner or potential partner companies.
- Employees are not allowed, directly or indirectly, to intentionally participate in contracting, providing procurement, or renting, which, at the time of the action, the employee is assigned to be part of the project.
